1. Custom Nature of Service
At Gift a Link, we create personalized, custom-designed digital gift websites. Because each product is uniquely crafted based on your specific photos, memories, and inputs, we start investing design time immediately upon order confirmation.
Please note: Once the design process has begun or the website link has been generated, we cannot offer full refunds.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
We understand that plans change. Our refund eligibility is as follows:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase AND before you have submitted your photos/questionnaire.
- Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel after submitting your materials but before the final link has been delivered.
- No Refund: Once the final custom website link has been delivered to you.
3. Revision Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Instead of a refund, we offer one round of free revisions. If there is a typo, a photo alignment issue, or something doesn't feel right, let us know and we will fix it within 24 hours.
4. Technical Issues
If your link is not working or if there is a hosting error on our end, please contact our support team immediately at Support@giftalink.store. We will resolve any technical glitches at no extra cost to you.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.
