02 Description of Service

Gift a Link provides custom-styled digital gift websites. Our service includes design, temporary hosting, and domain registration based on the package selected at the time of purchase.

03 User Obligations

To ensure a high-quality final product, you agree to:

• Provide high-quality images that you have the right to use.
• Complete the relationship questionnaire accurately.
• Ensure the information provided does not violate any local laws or contain explicit, harmful, or offensive content.

04 Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and text you provide.
Our Content: Gift a Link retains ownership of the website code, custom design templates, and technical architecture used to create your site.

05 Hosting & Domains

Standard packages include 1 year of website hosting and domain registration.

• After 1 year, a renewal fee will apply if you wish to keep the website live.
• If the hosting is not renewed, the website and its data will be permanently deleted 30 days after expiration.

06 Limitation of Liability

Gift a Link shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our websites. We provide these websites "as-is" and do not guarantee 100% uptime, although we strive for maximum availability.
